Sorry Alfred_ML, the question:
Why does a mapsettings give problems?
It was rhetorical. Language problem again.
His contribution of the route in TTHome is very interesting. I also use it. Also on navigator devices with 7.9xx application the active route in mapsettigs is used to save the startup errors.
Thanks Alfred_ML, you as always helping with a lot of quality.

If you edit your file you will see that it has the paths to the radar and voice files.
Also the route to the guide voices.
If you delete a file on that device, nothing happens, mapsettings are redone. But if you delete a file and change the location of mapsettings to another folder the problem is generated.
If you move mapsettings with route defined and active started, the device reading from the mapsettings file occurs differently.
When we change the map, sometimes, we don't realize it and we leave lost "ov2", "bmp", "ogg", "see", "dct" files or we change some sound in the sounds folder.
Those little details along with changing the location of the "mapsttings" file from the old map to the new one generates the problem if there is no other reading, but with the path created that reading management is changed and hides the error.
