Some people reported, that choosing BUS in profile, instead TRUCK, for truck navcore 9.701 solves problem with wrong routes where is forbidden driving for trucks, and similary, so for now, maybe better to use BUS instead truck at profiles in 9.701

that sounds like an install conflict
you did a clean install ?
and used clear flash ?
correct version for your device ?
edit
if it happen only once , and only there on that road , it is a fault in the map ( another one , as there are many )

then there is nothing to worry
there are a lot of these errors / faults , always been that way
lets hope it gets better with next navcore and / or map ,
but dont count on it

Errors are still here with 915 map and it doesn't looks like TT is going to fix this (or it takes its time...)
So I think it's better to upgrade from 8.398 to 9.701 to get the benefice of new maps and live with theses errors.
That's what I'm going to do to my friend's trucker GPS.

not had any issues with the 920 map and 9.700 navcore. i'm currently running it on a go 550 live. its directed me fine throughout the east and west midlands area daily. also works fine round Peterborough and Bedfordshire areas.

Apparently the latest 9.702 has the same routing problems/errors as the previous 2 versions have!!!
