Problem with Mydrive Connect
Greetings
It is impossible for me to know if my Go Premium can update the maps to version 1130, I do it through Mydrive Connect.
I explain:
For a few days now it has been impossible for me to connect to MydriveConnect, I get the error "Mydrive Connect, our servers are busy at this time". and I'm not leaving here...
If I do not use Mydrive Connect, the TT when trying to connect to a Wi-Fi network, for example, I share a Wi-Fi network between the cell phone and the TT (they are physically together), tells me that a connection has been established, and after For a few seconds it says Wi-Fi network saved, meaning it does NOT connect...
Any suggestions???
THANK YOU in advance

It may sound strange, but "it's good to know that I'm not the only one with the problem"
I have been observing this problem for a long time. Nav3 devices always connect quickly and efficiently. I only have one Nav 5 device and I haven't noticed any problems with it. I have a lot of NAV 4 devices and half of them have problems with "busy servers". At the beginning, I was looking for the problem at home, with various computers, Internet connections and even cables. But I realized that the problem is not mine, e.g. the problem occurs on days off from work, and on Monday morning it starts working. I reported the problem to support, but I received the answer that everything was ok. Well, it was actually OK then. Now, for a few days, I have again a problem with two devices that connect "sporadically". A little tip that helps a little: It helps to log in to your account after connecting another device, and then connecting the one with which there is a problem. But not always, because sometimes it asks me to log in again and it fails. A well-charged battery in the device also helps. It may sound strange, but maybe there is a problem in communication when higher currents flow in the cable or in the converter. With a fully charged battery, the problem occurs less frequently.
