Running TomTom as Administrator with the latest version of Windows 10, no problem at all on my ACER Aspire 7730G
P.S.
MyDriveConnect too.
P.S.
I've just tested the share update, Windows 10 refuse that and answer with an error
Same device on Windows 7 or 8.1 no problem at all.

Hi all,
I upgraded from win 7 to win 10 on the day it was released, TT devices would connect but either TT Home would not find them or it would not download map updates, phone connection settings, gps fix E.T.C.
This was with the first official release of windows 10 (build 10240).
I simply navigated to the folder 'TomTom' which by default is in your 'Documents' folder, right click it, click properties, then security tab. Allow full control for everything.
This fixed the problem for me after about a week of pulling my hair out and using my wife's laptop running win 7
both same model Acer 6920G
Hope this helps.

Hi there, and happy new year first !
Well, just want to give my feedback regarding TomtomHome & Windows 10.
==
I upgraded recently from W7 x86 to W10 x86 and it was impossible for me to install/launch/use TH 2.11
After installation, at firststart it blocked and required 2.20 update that never worked.
BUT, I noticed in W10 system information panel that W10 x86 was installed aside a x64 able processor !
(I discovered that my 12 years old laptop was 64 bits able !)
I decided to try a W10 x64 installation, tried TTH 2.20, and I saw that problem was solved. TTH 2.20 works well ...
==
My experience here because I found users with same problem over the web, but nothing concerning this x86 OS installed on a x64 material that looked to be the issue I met.
I love my EOL Tomtom ONE !
