Yes I did already, but unfortunately the 16GB Sandisk fails.I do not remember if I had it coming from China, the whole Rider v2 refused to boot, did not get further than the splash screen.
So make a try later with another SDHC card and drive a bit tomorrow, nothing has come of it today because of other obligations
P.S.
Everything unpacked to a new DSHC card.
The result is sad, it doesn't start at all anymore and I now understand that I'm not the only one.
The experiment ends here for the time being, tomorrow I first have to compare the differences between them.
The old 9,500 works great if you reset with some regularity and I can live with that
P.S.
Further testing with the SDHC 16GB card from Sandisk gives the result that the failure at startup is 100% attributable to the card,
even txt files are shown as empty on the screen while the size of such a file is indicated.
First new cards and then make the next attemptLast edited by pe1agp; 17th July 2019 at 03:47 AM.

Update.
New SDHC card, Navcore 9.500c installed
Map of Europe_1030_9519, ephem folder is empty
After a reset placed in the holder on my motorcycle
5 satellites are received immediately
Switch off the ignition and the Rider v2 closes.
Switch on the contact again and the Rider v2 will immediately receive 5 satellites and another 2 will be added quickly.
For the time being, the test was successful, now drive it and possibly restore the ephem folder later today, but I do not expect that it will be necessary

sounds great!
I just read on official TT forum that they just published NC 9.501.
It would be nice, if someone could tell me the URL to this original NC.

Better to say it's GREAT.
I've been from Capelle aan den IJssel to Hoek van Holland, no problem at all
The had been switched off for at least two hours and with the ignition on found direct several satellites.
The ephem is still complete empty.
I would like that 9.501 #metoo, oh sorry wrong hashtag
P.S.
@BMWdriver
Despite I've add a folder 9500c to your 9.500c
Now I've found one extra folder 9500 with as contentbin \
lib \
sbin \
The Rider v2 must have added it itself.
All folders contain files.
Have I discovered something new?Last edited by pe1agp; 17th July 2019 at 07:39 PM.

yup, it should look similar to this previous release;-
but it will show ****/9.501.*-****.CAB-navcore-RIDER.cab or similar (I tried just replacing the 9.500 with 9.501 but that didn't work so must be different in the .2-6021 as well)

Thats right. ttsystem contains a lot of files. A few of them are really needed, because its construction is made for different GPS chips (Sirf + GL1 + GL2 + Atheos). Most of them will be deleted in ramdisk during booting. Others that are really needed will be exported to this new created (if not exist) folder on sdcard to save RAM. So every different TT will create this folder with different content.Last edited by BMWdriver; 17th July 2019 at 11:06 PM.

This has a huge filesize and much RAM consumption.
I would recommend a smaller map for your Rider 2 (32 MB RAM):
-> 4.) includes base features

I'm using that map already from the beginning, never a problem even with all these speedcams
