It's always possible that you have a device with a bootloader 1. 0100. And those devices only work with the original navcore 8.041. If you put a newer navcore on this device you will get this kind op problems.
Try to reset the device by holding the power down button in as long as neccerary. At the end you will see a black basic screen with info about your bootloader, chipset etc, etc ........... Tell us which bootloader you have.
If it's not possible to reset, wait until the battery is finished and your device powers down by itself. Then connect it to your computer and start it up again. Your device will automaticaly connect to your PC. Update your device by connecting to TTHome for the original navcore.
After that give us the info about navcore and bootloader.

I could leave the device disconnected from the battery for some time? But inside there is some "Pin" to be connected with a wire to make a reset?! is definitely a software issue however, because it worked!

if its a software issue then you should be able to access the info-screen as Shaman said
keep holding the button ( not connected ) untill the drum-sound
if then still keep holding the button , you see the info-screen
