8.562 SE Navcore for 32Mb ONE models
Here is the 8.562 SE navcore I have been using on my ONE model for a while now.
This navcore should work on most 32Mb devices.
It will enable ONE models to run the full featured IQ maps smoothly with no extra lag that you may otherwise get with most v9 navcores.
TTS computer voices work very well with this navcore.
Most users get about 8Mb free RAM (or about 5Mb free RAM when running TTS computer voice).

Tried this on my 32Mb XL (v9) and it gives me an extra 1.0Mb of memory against my pevous version 8.412.
Hey when your down to as little as 3Mb anything extra is worthwhile. Now running with at least 4Mb of memory.
Had to still use Vocalizer voices as Loquendo TTS will not run on 32Mb devices (not mine anyway).
So far it apears to run fine with no major road position update delays.
Thanks for the share lemonfish, I really appreciate it.

Have you tried markcat's SE 9.061? That too runs very well on these 32Mb devices and you're right, Loquendo is a no no on these.

Pictures for example. I've tried other versions of software, works fine on 9160 and 9170 (only screen did not)
And check out the free memory

OK, I loaded mark cat's SE 9.061 which gave me the best part of 5Mb free memory but I was supprised to see it show up as 9.053!
The bad news is the wife (the boss) did not like the modified menu system and so I have reverted back to using 8.562.
This is working well so I'm happy to stay with it.
On a side note, I have just purchased a GO520 unit (64Mb memory) off ebay so I will donate the "old" XL device with 32Mb to the wife.
Thanks to all who have provided the information relating to what Navcore to use.
I really appreciate your advice.

That's strange. Maybe I will try mark's navcore on my ONE v1 to see what happens.
Glad the wife is happy with it. The 8.562 navcore has a pretty simple menu as it's running on x40light2 mode - nothing really fancy, so maybe simple is best for some people.
Just curious, how does the menu look on mark's navcore?

The menu seems to have everything BUT its just moved around so the simple folk (the Boss) could not find the buttons required without a lot of muttering and cursing!
As I am no longer the user, I set it back to the "simple" to use menu system as instructed (LOL).
