What is a NAV6 device?
This section is primarily just for discussions regarding these very latest generation NAV6's
For those who don't know:-
The answer is that NAV6 is the name (we have) given to the next generation of TT's released that uses WiFi to connect to the TT servers although you can still use MyDrive Connect (MDC) and bluetooth via your smartphone as these do not have an in-built SIM card
As far as we know these are NAV6 devices:-
GO Exclusive (7") https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/navigation/car-gps-sat-nav/go-exclusive/#7inch
GO Discover (5"/6"/7") https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/navigation/car-gps-sat-nav/go-discover/#5inch
GO Essential (5"/6") https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/navigation/car-gps-sat-nav/go-essential/#5inch
GO Classic (5"/6") https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/navigation/car-gps-sat-nav/go-classic/#5inch
Rider 500 (4.3") https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/navigation/motorcycle-gps-sat-nav/rider-500/#4inch
Rider 550 (4.3") https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/navigation/motorcycle-gps-sat-nav/rider-550/#4inch
Go Camper Tour (6") https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/navigation/camper-gps-sat-nav/go-camper-tour/#6inch
GO Camper Max (7") https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/navigation/camper-gps-sat-nav/
GO Expert (5"/6"/7") https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/navigation/truck-gps-sat-nav/
but if anyone know more, please let us know
Please also note these are (not yet) cracked but we hope that our MSTMS team can come up with something soonbiggerdave Reviewed by biggerdave on . What is a NAV6 device? Since a few weeks I own an GO Discover https://www.tomtom.com/en_gb/navigation/car-gps-sat-nav/go-discover/#7inch
It is not at all comparable to my old GO 910 or Rider v2.
An update or a new map is ready in a few minutes.
Not all maps fit at the same time, but I can choose from all available maps (until now)
The big question remains how long will TomTom support last for this and the other models.
There is no information about this in the offers.

4 to 5 years, I have to get that first.
Despite the fact that I do feel particularly attached to the "Dutchman", I do not always share their opinion, their performance and other decisions, which is not always appreciated.
But whoever doesn't like me like that, won't be hungry

Interesting for some maybe (from ):-
"For the GO Discover, GO Exclusive, GO Camper Max and GO Expert we release full updates to the maps approximately once every month. To check for new map updates, open the main menu () and go to Settings > Map & Display. The number of available updates is shown in a red dot on the Maps icon."

Speed cameras have now expired but still get traffic updates.
