I have a Start62 (no wifi) I would like to log in to the "Tomtom services" but maybe I'm doing the procedure wrong or there's something wrong,


the services icon is crossed out and tapping on it does not load the login screen


if instead I connect the TT to the PC and open MDC it recognizes it but I cannot enter the TT settings to log in because there is a window with the connection symbol between the two and there is no way to get to the login


I tried resetting the settings but nothing
where am I wrong?
