TomTom Start 60 stuck in logo
During an update, my TomTom Start 60 - 2013 device got stuck, and after a restart it got stuck in the TomTom logo. You can no longer hear the sound of the drums at startup and it does not enter the bootloader. Can you help me with an advice?

made backup and preserve it?
that update that caused this break with MDC or with MSTMS?
if you updated with MDC, did you have a patch on?
it seems that the installation or navcore does not end.
put more details of what happened.

No patch was made. The software is the original one. The update was done with TomTom MyDrive Connect and at some point it stopped.
It no longer connects to the PC, it remains stuck with the TomTom logo. The sound of drums is no longer heard

keeping the start button reaches black screen with white letters?
if so, you can try to create an SDMAGIC and see CI PC detects discs, 1 or 2, if you detect 1 disc run nav4free.bat and restore_recovery_partition
if you do not reach black screen with white letters, keep trying with SDMAGIC on your device.

NO, holding the power button does NOT get to the black screen with white letters. The TomTom logo appears without the sound of drums and restarts, enters a continuous loop. If you have not pressed the power button, the logo remains displayed until the battery is discharged

from the distance I can only advise, disassembled device disconnect battery press the boot button several times, it will not do anything the purpose is to empty any voltage residue of the components.
with SDMAGIC placed on the device, try when you see if PC recognizes the device, even run nav4free.bat example, restore_recevery_partition and see if in addition to your hard drive and DVD reader see some TomTom.
if after this I get nothing I fear that it would be MI problem (EMMC)
