Help go40
I have a Tomtom go40 and I would like ti refresh it. It has never been transformed and I tried to connect it to Mydrive, but it doesn't work. It is recognised by Windows as a network periphery. I don't know which navcore it has and since I can't access it I tired to use TomTom Business Solutions but it doesn't work too. Please help me to refresh it. Thanks

We must know what you have done on the device.
With the images that you show of your device is in the recovery option. If it does not exit that screen, you must connect it to your pc with MDC installed so that it recovers the normal boot.

Hi, thanks for your replay. I don't know what they did before to the device. Maybe they upgraded it incorrectly using Mydrive. I'm sure they haven't tried to modify it because the owner isn't experts in this field.
I don't know if with MDC you mean the refresh process. I want to inform you that I can't press three times the power button and it starts working as you can see in the photo that I sand you. When I turn it on I hear the usual sound and the word TomTom on the screen. Even if I press the power bottom for a long time it doesn't work.
However it is identified by Windows as a network periphery. Mydrive identifies it too but I can't verify what's inside. When I try to do it blocks.

Devices from nav3 cannot be seen as logical drive in windows. You will never see the content of your device on your computer unless you have the patch installed and communicate over the network.
In the state that you show in the image you should connect it to the pc, start the official program and see if it performs the recovery.

Hi, I know that it cannot be identified as a logical unity. As I said before, it is identified by Windows as a network drive. It is identified by Mydrive too, but when Mydrive tries to verify what's inside or tries to update it blocks. You can understand better in the attached photos.
Thanks

Hi, every time I try to connect the TomTom to my account Mydrive doesn't work, it blocks as you can see in the photos. I tried to use another account or another computer but it doesn't work too.

A limited number of devices can be associated with each account. Delete some device or create a new account!

Hi.
Can you please give me the Nav4 patch.bat and sdmagic link? So I'll try this solution. I have already logged on with a new account and I even deleted all the devices on my account, but there's always the same problem.
Thanks
