I understand that after putting a copy of another device does not start, you can try the following; put your sdmagic on your device and connect it to the PC with the patch .bat follow the steps you do in recovery mode see if when it gives to detect new devices you see 2 TomTom, if you do not see anything new, try a pj distribution. ubuntu, if you don't want to install boot just for testing, look in ubuntu menu; disk opens it press tomtom's start button if you don't see any new disk try again holding start button see if at any time you see 2 more disks than you had before.

Although you do not see anything on TomTom screen, with so. Windows,
Follow the steps to Restore Recovery Partition;
Execute NAV4Free.bat, Menu, Advanced Operations, After Restore Recovery Partition,
Before I told him to try a form or another, pressing boot button or keeping pressed to see if at some point you see 2 TomTom, when the operation is normal only one sees 1

Ok, let's do it !

65536+0 records in
65536+0 records out
33554432 bytes (34 MB, 32 MiB) copied, 30.0826 s, 1.1 MB/s

If it does not work, try the following with device working in normal condition
adb connect 169.254.255.1:5555
adb push recovery_partition.bin /tmp
adb shell
dd if=/tmp/recovery_partition.bin of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p3
(or mmcblk1p3 if a sdcard is inserted)
