Black screen locked after MSTMS patch
Hello. I have these problems and I encountered it every time I installed the program from the MSTMS team with the patch on several TomTom gps models. The first problem is that the guiding voice is no longer heard after the patch. To hear it you need a factory reset of the gps. After resetting to factory settings, it no longer enters the navigation program after touching the up arrow in the left corner of the screen. After several closures and openings, it enters the navigation program, but after closing it, it does not enter the navigation program again. If you have restored manufacture you will have installed Navcore 19, the patch is for NavCore20, with MyDrive Connect updates to Navcore 20.
If necessary reinstall patch
The theme of losing voices is strange Try myDrive Connect. and verify that really without patch operate the voices.

check that the installed navcore version is the same as the same version of patch, if you don't know, uninstall patch, connect MDC update everything, then check that navcore has installed you, then install patch same version as installed navcore.

Delete internal maps and than install patch on Go 60

Hello, I have had this problem on a lot of nav 4 models. Via52 go500 go400 etc. Before the device freezes it is possible to check what
maps the patch thinks are on the device. If the patch is removed mdc often disagrees with the patch on what maps are installed.
If you remove all maps with the patch, then remove the patch, connect to mdc and remove all maps seen by mdc.
Then apply the patch and install the required map the problem of freezing seems to go.
I do not know all the files on a nav 4 device but it is as though what used to be the the tt bif file on nav 2 devices is incorrect for
what is actually on the device causing the freezing. Do a reset before re applying the patch!
