Thanks for the answer, yes I know the link for the Nav 4, my problem that to patch mine I should have at least the novacore 20 unfortunately I find myself with Application Version: 18.203.0026.311 (0) (05/04/2019), not I know how to continue, I tried to update with MCD but nothing, the version always the same
Could there be any other solution ????

Installing a navcore by force is risky.
It can be done with TTBS.
To do this, you should first know for sure that navcore should carry your device. The best way to find out is for another colleague to tell you what navcore you have.

islu, you can patch application version: 18.203.0026.311 (0) (05/04/2019) and install the map after that. I've done it a few times.

I only had problems with version 21. The device loses its sound, even after removing the patch. So far I have not found a solution. I wrote to TomTom and I am waiting for a solution from them.

Thanks for the answers
LAMedia I tried with tomtom, he wants at least 120 euros plus shipping (I throw away the nav) I closed the file
I don't know if you have the start 60, as Orni said to know that novacore is currently using to possibly adopt the technique that Orni proposed
How to correct version 18 ???
I updated the map with MCD to the latest version
It would only be a novacore issue to be able to apply the RV modification
Because from what he says at least it takes a novacore 20

Thanks simba, unfortunately I'm not very experienced
I proceed with the TTBS as Orni said, or I go to pachattarlo with novacore 20, then possibly 21 ???
A step-by-step tip
Thanks

If you are going to try to install a navcore, try 21.
Put your device in recovery mode:
Press on until black screen with white letters.
Press the power button three times quickly.
Your device displays the tomtom logo and the pc connection image.
You make sure you have MDC completely turned off.
Connect the device to pc.
Start TTBS and navigate to where you have the package '00000000-0311-0021-1000-6f3694110001_system-update.ttpkg'
