Trying to update the speed cameras on my brothers TomTom Start 20. It originally did have a subscription but this expired awhile back. The maps are still updatable using the TomTom MyDrive app for now.

When using TTActivator I update the meta and then in the NAV3/NAV4 tools tab install patch and also upload Meta to the Device too.

I deleted the old expired Safety Cameras from the device for good measure.

In the safety cam downloader tab I click on Easy/Automatic and it downloads (all 94 pkgs) and installs them to the device. Once I've done this I go back NAV3/NAV4 tools tab and click on reboot to reboot the device.

In the Installed Content tab of TTActivator there are only 6 safety cameras showing (typically none of them of the ones I actually want!). Any ideas?

Its not explicitly stated in the TTActivator instructions, but for my NAV3 device its necessary to perform a reset (hold down power button for about 20 seconds till the drums play) to activate the new cameras once they are installed

Thanks for your reply mate. I've had the device powered off and tried the above but still no joy. The 6 safety cameras it does display in TTActivator are all green and activated but no idea where the other 88 are.

Even deleted all the cameras off the device and tried to find .ttpg files for the individual cameras to install via the NAV3/NAV4 menu. Only managed to find them for NAV4

and the one I want (UK) doesn't show up at all on the device when I try and install it.

Not sure how to install .ov2 files to the device as it doesn't show up when it's plugged into my PC (apart from in My Drive and TTActivator) so can't access the internal file structure to install the .ov2 files manually.
