Map problem
Hello forum members.
I installed the Central and Eastern Europe_1100_11653 map on the TomTom XL device, everything is fine, but the device works very slowly, the map display seems to stop, chop. What could be the problem. Is it possible to delete something from the folder without creating a problem?I thank you in advance for the answers.

I'm just wondering why not using 1100_11648 in combination with navcore 9.510
VocalizerTTS possible and all other options like housenumbers.
It will run pretty good on an old One I have with the first two in the serialnumber G1
Even the full Europe 1100_11648 is running on it, but I must confess, I'm using an 32GB SDHC card

@ I don't know if you understood, the map is ok, but the device works slowly, the route is late, it chops, etc... If you think that the reason for the label of the map and version of navcore is the smallest problem.I'll give it a try. Thanks anyway.

I certainly understand that the slowness of your TomTom is a problem.
In the past I have often experienced this and usually the solution was a map and the correct navcore.
As Dave already gave you a possible solution to remove that which you will not use or will use very little, the combination of parts will also be your solution.
You don't say which navcore you are currently using, but from experience I know, for example, that 9.541 caused a lot of delay for me.
It's a matter of trying it out, which is a little slower if you don't have an SD slot and everything has to be done over a slow USB port.
Send me a PM if you need a specific part and can't find it so quickly.
Good luck with the XL, I recently gave it away.
City Navigator Europe NT 2025.10...
IMO I would get a 32GB SD card they are a few...
