TomTom Offroad Device?
Hello All,
Does TomTom make a dedicated offroad device?
Or do they make a device that can be used offroad for saving breadcrumb trails/tracks, user POI's or waypoints etc. etc. while actually offroad?
Searching around the web I haven't been able to find anything of interest with regards to this.
I see the Rider mentioned in a couple of places and I got the impression it was made more for motorbike usage onroad from the advertising about them.
The TT sites say something like "we don't ship to Australia" and have a link to "shop in Australia", and when I click it all I see is things like Go Supreme and other dedicated onroad navigators which is not what I'm after.
I guess I'm looking for something similar to perhaps the Garmin Montana series that can be used on and offroad & allow different types of maps to be used, that sort of thing.
It would have to be a stand-alone GPS device, not something to use on a phone, and have a display size of at least 5 inch, corner to corner, it's for inside vehicle useage & waterproofing etc. is not an issue.
I know zero about TomTom and have never used one, cannot recall seeing a TomTom advertised for use as 'offroad' anywhere, so thought I'd ask the experts.

Thanks for the replies, I guess TT considers that market not profitable enough to get into & they're probably right, on a worldwide scale there's most likely far more interest in onroad/city navigation devices.
