Go 950 Live doesn't connect to live services
The Live sub on my Go 750 has expired and, as we all know, TT wont renew it. So I got a Go 950, bought a sub for Live for it BUT it doesn't connect. If I check for "My Services" it comes up with an error 107. TT are no help as they just want me to buy a new one!
I have formatted it and reloaded the Navcore from TTHome etc but it doesn't make any difference. Anybody got any ideas?

Quite a similar problem, albeit on a NAV3 device here so i would suggest you try TT 1st:-
United Kingdom
02079 490 134
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
or even query it here as the 950 is still supported
Once sorted, check this out:-Last edited by biggerdave; 10th December 2019 at 11:54 PM. Reason: rev tel No

One other thing to remember is that if the device (sim card) has not been connected to Live Services for over 18 months TT will disconnect/cancel/block the sim card from being used so if that is the case then you'll be entitled to ask for and get a refund from TT and we've yet to find a way of resurrecting a cancelled sim card

I got a refund from TT! As I find the live services very useful I have bought a Go 5200 with Lifetime Maps and Live Services. Still trying to work out how to get bmp and ogg files on to it but it's not looking promising. Looks like I will either have to trust TT Safety cameras or run PGPSW Cameralert on my mobile.

Nah, just stick to the speed limits, simples!
PS Just found this which confirms that Sim cards are automatically deactivated after 18 months non-use (and cannot be reactivated) so post #3 above edited accordingly:-
