Latest Version with Meta
Hi
Just a 10c lob into the air really.
I travel a fair bit and my biggest single problem is finding the latest up to date map for my device that has a meta
Finding maps for my device is easy given the great compatibility charts that appear
Finding the latest map is also easy
Finding the latest map with a meta is not so easy. Its OK if you want a common map but suppose you want Hong Kong?
And the suppose you want HongKong for a particular navcore.. It can take several hours
For all those guys who spend hours maintaining these lists (and really, thank you for your efforts), is it possible to maintain a 'latest + meta by navcore'? at least for the less mainstream maps. There only about 5 groups of Navcores so its not that impossibleRincewindwiz Reviewed by Rincewindwiz on . Latest Version with Meta Hi Just a 10c lob into the air really. Use all the informations given here.
If you can't find the map you are looking for try this:
- At first: download the latest meta.txt ()
- Look in this file for the name of the map you are looking for (open with editor).
- Check the found entries with the mapchart for compatibility with your NC. With a NC 9.0xx and later you have no problems. If you have an older one, make an NC-update. For all older devices like ONE, ONE-XL etc. there are adapted NC 9. No reason to insist on an old NC.
- Use alternatives () E.g. the last Hongkong map with code is Hong_Kong_945_6176. But HongKong also included in the newest Southeast_Asia_1000_8636
- If you found a suitable map, look here for a download link (also for older map releases):

As Schwan says, you've been here 5 years and we've heard nothing from you till now.
1. I think what we already have is the best there is on ANY FORUM and, to be fair, it ain't rocket science to look around a few very helpful threads to find your answer(s) incl
2. You could always go to TT & buy the latest map then create/share the meta with us here if you can't find what you're looking for?

So, if he wants the latest map of Hong Kong that is currently available (which I have) on any Nav Cor 1-5. It is on Navcore 5 and also covers Macau v1005.8759. So he may have to shell out some money or buy a F**k**g atlas. For all those years of leaching, may have saved enough to actually pay for something
