Hello,
Thank you all for the help. But I need your help again. I hope you can help me.
I am a little worried. Today I tried to upgrade TomTom maps to the latest ones. So I put my TomTom go 910 on the USB dock and connected USB cable to PC. And after that my device freezed and restarted. I could see new removable device in my PC. I unplugged USB cable from the PC just to let the TomTom to boot up again. And after TomTom booted up, I plugged USB cable to my PC again. And the same happened, device freezed up and restarted. I do not see message "Connect to PC?". Is it normal?
Sorry for my English.
Thanks for your attention.

NO, this is NOT normal
Even with a total empty GO 910 you must see it still as an extra drive
May be I do not understand you correct, you wrote "I could see new removable device in my PC"
Does this mean you was able to see it as an extra drive ?
If so you're on the right way than
As soon as you're able to see it as an extra drive start with copying the Navcore 9.510 to your device.
Than copy the map you want
Next copy also Fastactivate to your device
All these files need to go into the Root of your device.
Maybe you've to add later some speedcams too ?
But try first to get your device at work.
Now run Fastactivate from the root of your device
Use the options #9, #1 and as last #2
Watch the screen for any error, please.
Goodluck.

Thank you for your quick response. I can see TomTom as removable disk drive.
But when the device is booted up and I plug it to PC, TomTom freezes. And after some time restars. And then I can see it as a removable disk drive. I do not get message "Do you want to connect to PC?" after connecting it to PC.

Just start with copying files, as you see it as a drive it must be possible to copy these files you need.

You may have put a map that is wrong on, that would cause your GPS to freeze.
Remove the map and restart your device for testing.

It's only freeze after I try to connect it via USB to PC. I do not get message asking if I want to connect device to PC or not.

But as I understood, you've seen it already as an extra drive
Or do we have here a langauge problem, in short a misunderstanding
It doesn't matter it you don't see that question, it's more important to see it and able to write something.

I do not understand their texts well.
If you connect the device to the PC, the device should ask if you want to connect.
When no connection problems and device does not connect well, or pins problem of the base that do not fit well, or file system problems that are corrupt.
You should find out whether your device connects well to the base.
You should find out if your cable is good.
You can change USB port.
