It really depends on:-
1. your device
2. your navcore
3. which map(s) that cover those countries we have a meta for
See around these threads for further details:-

In which case you just need to find any map (as they'll all run on 9510) that covers these countries/is small enough/we have a meta for. You need to do the searching/checking yourself for this detail.

@roon: the only map with your wishes "Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Croatia" is the Mazda-NB1-map Europe_Zone_2_980_7964 (you can find a download here at the end of #6: ) , size after cleaning 1,76 GB (1.898.849.575 Bytes). All info about these Mazda-NB1-maps and the shrinking/cleaning to use on PNA you can find here:
But you need a verry lean NC 9.510 to use it on a 2GB device.

there are several XL Live units. XL units do not have a card slot as they are the basic cheap ones, so you are VERY limited to maps and would need to use two maps and swap between them via TT Home. No other way to see Croatia and Holland, Belgium and Germany without using two maps. Can easily be done using TT Home though and saving maps on PC. Then you use one. Then you delete it and load the other. In TT HOME use Manage your device. Copy All to computer (bottom right of screen)
Click on maps and make sure you have the one needed and remove the others from unit
Then only copy the required map to your device assuming you have maps already downloaded
Pretty simple even with a slow unitOne day, someone might make things work perfectly before release. Sadly not in my or your lifetime. At least by finding problems and sorting them, we are still alive.

The map size is 1.898.849.575 Bytes after shrinking/cleaning. Delete all not needed components of your NC 9.510, e.g. spech control files/folders (if present folder ASR and files libaec_*.so ), unnecessary voice-files (recorded) and unnecessary voice-files/folder in the LoquendoTTS folder, folder licences, InstallTomTomHOME.exe...
I don't know the exact memory-size of your device. If all deleting not enough, you can also delete (or replace with dummy) the file poi.dat (188 MB) in the map folder.
If you need some POIs, you can add own non-TT-POIs (*.ov2/bmp) into the map folder.

yes spot on Alfred as ever. But easier means, but depends on budget. New or second hand units a cheap and lets face it, phone software is almost free for the same thing. Bargain correctly, even a GO5100 with a 32GB card sold for £120 with all world and free traffic and map upgrades for life. Have to keep eyes open. Yes I sold my GO5100 and replaced it with GO5200. Bargains are out there if you look
