Renault Kadjar R-Link 2 maps update required
Hello.
I bought a used Renault Kadjar 2019 with R-link 2 system OS version 9.0.33.431. It has 2022 maps installed. I cannot get newer maps through standard RlinkToolbox procedures, even if you pay for them.
Does anyone on the forum know how to update European maps on R-Link2?
I would greatly appreciate your help

Thank you.
I found the information I needed on other forums.
But I can't find any information if it is possible to update 2019 Kadjar with R-Link2 9.0.33.431 to a higher version, for example 9.0.37.210.
Is this version compatible? Maybe it is suitable for a vertical 9" screen, but not for a horizontal 7" screen?

@ViliusZ, First, go to the website and check if the manufacturer offers you a new version:
Theoretically, you can upgrade to the current highest version, but you should follow the correct order of updates:
9.0.34.61X
then
9.0.35.65X
then
9.0.37.21X
Exactly in this order. However, please note that version 9.0.37.21X is not recommended for devices lower than GEN 3.0
The decision, of course, is yours. However, keep in mind that in the end result. by uploading files that are not officially intended for your radio model, you may damage them irreversibly, or in the best case, the update will cause some functions to malfunction.

Thanks to @Grzes40 for the link and explanation.
Very strange, but this link does not find my car's VIN. I was able to connect only through a few countries renault.XX/renault-connect/softwareupdate-r-link2. Unfortunately, nothing was offered.
Where can I find information about the generation of my device? Is it possible to find out without removing the device?
