DVD ROM Type - Recommendations
Hey guys,
Now I'm using TSST corp. SH-224DB ROM (burner). So far i had some successful burned disk which are working in some car models but in some cases disks are not readable due to i believe burning quality. Slowest burning DVD speed is 4x on mine ROM. Recommended burning speed on most of the navigation DVDs is 1x or slowest possible. 4x is ok in some cases but is not that good for burning many DVDs for car navigation. Can anyone share their experience or recommend DVD ROM model type with 1x burning speed that is still on the market.skech Reviewed by skech on . I've never really had issues with unreadable Dvd media regardless of speed but it is important to use quality brands e.g. Verbatim for best results.

With my burner some of the disk works in some car models some are not. Sometimes the car dvd reader is struggling to read the navi dvd. I always use Verbatim DVDs and im burning at 4x because that is slowest speed on my burner. Im using BURNCDCC or ImgBURN always.
