General Information
I could not find the correct tread, but there show be one.
On many new cars, they have systems such as SOS calling if an accident, or a problem direct to emergency services, bith when you need to call, or it if done automatically. Some also respond automatedly when a car is driven without consent. (stollen).
if you have this as I have in my Audi S3, it can reduce your insurance, just as a functional dash can, especially if has GPS /time logged.
My insurance was due 1st dec and I renewed it as, was best anyway, but I called Insurer to make sure money was coming out of correct account. Anyway proke to them and said 4K dash, she said, that reduces amount, I said GPS tracked, yes less. I said what about tracking if stolen. yes, but can you confirm that. Spoked to Audi whilst on call and they said it is fully track and know exact position now. she said, thx, reduced more. This is the new amount. I said great and it was sorted, using a different CC too.
Make sure to tell the insurance company all information, better to speak to a person as it missed some questions..
Hope that helps. Be clear on the expected mileage too and location day and night. I would same more if at night was in locked garage and not on streetthe Maverick Reviewed by the Maverick on . At least by finding problems and sorting them, we are still alive.
