Hi dear, I saw you talk Italian Language. Well I'm Italian too.
- The Tool Unlock MapSource.exe is to be used to Unlock .gmap folder.
- Once copied Maps in folder C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps you have to launch Unlock MapSource.exe (better with Administrative rights, Click Rigth->Run as Administrator)
- The Tool must be launched from position it has in Archive, inside folder C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps\City_Navigator_Europe_NT_2023_10.gmap
- Don't forget to disable any Antivirus (Windows Defender or others) because it could be detected as a threat
- When finished you will have Maps Unlocked on your PC, run MapSource or BaseCamp to show them.

Hi Guys, I guess I'm doing something wrong. After using the Maptoolkit to convert the IMG (Western Europe NT 2023.10 Unlocked IMG) to a mapsouce installed file, I get a nice detail map in Mapsource, but am missing the Base map??
Trying to install the mapsource version there seems to be a cpy_bundleverify.bat and cpy_bundle.bat missing in the gmap folder and installation halts. Manually creating both (empty!) files solves the installation problem.Last edited by Jake$007; 29th July 2022 at 08:41 PM.

Hi!
What jcv file is correct for Zumo 660 with west map?
When im near a lane shift navi shows a white screen.
I read in the thread for 2020 that for Zumo 660 there should be a reduced jcv file, but cant find that info for 2023.10
I have tried D8957020A.jcv without luck.
gmt -i -v doesent show the same info as you published on listing.
Can I try this out in simulation mode so I dont have to ride 50 km to test it?
Also, I downloaded separate map for Poland. What jcv file is correct there?

Hello,
What is the JCV See Key? Is it some base to add a specific region?
Thanks

The only difference between "Large" and "Small" version of JCV is the number of images (about half in Small varsion).
Are you sure to use the correct position for JCV? (\.System\JCV in internal memory, \Garmin\JCV in external memory)
The Coverage of JCVs matches those of Maps (West or East), this also answer to your question about Poland (i guess Poland lies in East Europe ...)
There is no specific JCV See Keys, when you download a specific Region with GE, also a specific JCV is dowloaded with coverage limited to that Region.
The code of JCV (name of file) is determined each time by Garmin, no standard rules existing as I know
