I downloaded the City_Navigator_Southern_Africa_NT_2021_20.gmap from this site, within the Maps folder on basecamp I can use it on the desktop, I need to transfer this mapset to the etrex20 without using an additional sd card.
Using the mapinstall function it shows - No unlocked maps were found for this device.
I also copied the .gmap file to the root directory of the device but still I dont see the mapset
Any guidelines?Last edited by Garmin_Nuvi; 22nd December 2020 at 02:00 PM.

I am unable to download the JCV D3529300A(212x234 Photoreal).rar either from Firefox or Google Chrome ... Both says the file is dangerous and contains a virus or malware ... Others JCV files gives the same outcome. So what ?
It looks like the verst same goes for the gmap MapSource file, the gmapprom and I guess all the set of files ...
Maybe a new tactic used by Garmin to prevent downloads without encrypting as much as in the US / Europe ?
A new upload on zippyshare would be useful ...
The message pops up at the end of each download.
[NOTE]: Using the Opera web browser it works ...Last edited by Antonio19; 24th December 2020 at 05:47 AM. Reason: Additional files got the same outcome

Maybe it is because you don't know how to use the "thanks" button
Before you report "the file is dangerous and contains a virus or malware" consider the problem may actually be on your end.
It is well known both browsers you mention are designed to protect you from malicious websites and infected files that can damage your computer or compromise your security.
You can stop Google Chrome from blocking downloads by temporarily turning off the Safe Browsing feature, located in the Privacy and security section of Chrome's Settings page.
