The reason is a global GPS Time Rollover Failure.
It depends of GPS chip on your 3790. Please share here a window form menu: About device...
The 3790 may have got two types of GPS chip. The one is patchable and the another not.

What Hirvitie means is the wellknown GPS Week Number Rollover problem, read here for more information:
If your Device is potentially affected by issue depend if it uses the 10-bit or 13-bit method of encoding the week number, if it uses 10-bit better ask to Garmin.
I suggest you to perform anyway an Hardware Reset:
- Power Off Device by pressing and hold Power button for about 7-8 seconds
- Power On again, as Logo Garmin appears press and hold lower-right corner of Display until a message appear
"Do you want clear your Data?", or somewhat like. - Pressing YES your Device will be Reset, you must reenter all the Settings
